All of the below CNC machines can be programmed at the control of our skilled workforce but we also have CAD/CAM software in the form of OneCNC which allows us to programme all our machines in 2D or 3D models provided by the customer.
Machines
1 Hurco VMX42M CNC mill with 4th axis capability the table has a movement envelope of 1066mm in the X axis and 600mm in the Y axis, we have managed to get jobs of 600mm high under the Z axis.
3 Hurco VM10i CNC mills 1 with 4th Axis capability the tables have a movement envelope of 660mm in the X axis and 406mm in the Y axis, we have managed to get jobs of 350mm high under the Z axis.
2 Hurco VM1 CNC mills 1 with 4th axis capability the tables have a movement envelope of 660mm in the X axis and 406mm in the Y axis, we have managed to get jobs of 350mm high under the Z axis.
1 Haas SL20 CNC lathe, the maximum diameter billet we can hold in the chuck is 11” with a minimum diame-ter of 3mm, with a maximum throat diameter of 2”.
1 Haas ST30 CNC lathe, the maximum diameter billet we can hold in the chuck is 13” with a minimum diame-ter of 10mm, with a maximum throat diameter of 3”.
1 Feeler lathe with a maximum capacity of 1” diameter and a minimum of 2mm diameter.
2 Colchester manual lathes the maximum diameter billet we can hold in the chuck is 14.5” with a minimum diameter of 6mm.
1 XYZ Part CNC mill the table movement envelope is 800mm in the X axis and 400mm in the Y axis, we have managed to get jobs of 500mm under the Z axis.
2 manual mills which can take jobs upto 600mm long and 300mm wide.
1 automatic saw that can be set up to feed to a set length and programmed to cut a set amount of compo-nents.
